Avichai Bakst

With 18+ years of experience including a 12-year tenure at Google and Waze, Avichai Bakst, is a partnership and go-to-market leader who helps tech companies scale from initial traction to global revenue. He has a proven track record of building partner ecosystems from the ground up, navigating complex stakeholders ranging from global OEMs and airports to defense tech and municipal governments.

At Waze, he launched the location-based marketing product and led regional partnerships focused on smart-city initiatives. At Google Maps, he supported enterprise and developer adoption of Google Maps Platform (GMP) APIs, driving growth across a diverse ecosystem of builders and businesses. Most recently, at Carbyne, Avichai led strategic partnerships and product commercialization within the defense tech space, coordinating cross-functional teams to turn product capabilities into operational deployments and long-term contracts.

Avichai is an expert at converting POCs into scalable programs through operational rigor and a data-driven approach to ARR growth. Today, he leverages his global network and Go-to-Market expertise to help companies shorten sales cycles, navigate regulatory paths, and accelerate regional launches. He is dedicated to helping businesses convert market interest into sustainable, measurable success.

Mosh Farfoory is a commercial and go-to-market leader with over 18 years of experience driving enterprise growth across Media & SaaS companies. He specializes in identifying high-value opportunities, shaping market entry strategies, and translating them into revenue through disciplined execution.

Across his roles at companies such as GeoEdge, DSNR Media Group and Syte, Moshik has led go-to-market initiatives across international markets, building pipeline from zero and establishing strong commercial presence in new regions. With several years based in London and extensive experience across Europe, he brings a deep understanding of regional dynamics, buyer behavior, and effective positioning in competitive environments.
Moshik combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-driven approach. He is known for opening doors at the right levels, engaging senior decision-makers, and leading complex sales processes from first conversation to signed agreements.
His strength lies in turning strategy into action-consistently delivering measurable results in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

Akaya Partners came from a simple realization: many great companies do not struggle because they lack potential — they struggle because breaking into the right markets is harder than it looks.
After years of working in growth-focused roles across global technology companies, we saw how often strong businesses faced the same challenge: knowing where they wanted to go, but lacking the right access to get there efficiently.
